A fundraiser only works if the item sells and the margin is real. Buy it from an importer at retail-minus-a-bit and you are running an event for someone else's benefit.

We run our own sourcing operation in Asia and work with the factories ourselves, so wholesale pricing is set for resale: on most items, suggested retail is roughly double what you paid. That difference is the point — it is what funds the post, the scholarship, or the ride to the VA.

Minimums run from 50 units to 500 depending on the product, and most sit at 200, so an organization does not have to gamble on a pallet of stock to hold a fundraiser.
