Terms of Sale

These terms apply to orders placed with Rolling Ryno LLC at shop.rollingryno.com and at our event booths.

Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. We accept card payments through Stripe, and cash at our event booths. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete.

Sales tax. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Collection and delivery. Orders placed during an event are collected at our booth. Other orders are posted to you. Checkout tells you which applies before you pay. Shipping options and charges are on our Shipping page. If you can't collect an event order, we post it to you at no extra charge.

Pre-orders. Some items are made to order in production runs. If a run does not go ahead, everyone who ordered from it is refunded in full.

Returns and exchanges. Returns, exchanges and damaged items are handled as set out on our Returns and Exchanges page.
